Guarantee

We guarantee the freshness of all coffee shipped. For optimal flavor, we recommend coffee to be brewed within two weeks of delivery. Shipwreck Coffee Company is not responsible for packages stolen, or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer.

Return Policy

At Shipwreck Coffee we pride ourselves in complete customer satisfaction. If you desire to return or exchange any unopened product, for any reason, we would be happy to accommodate this. When returning for refund or exchanging product, please forward the unopened product and the stated reason for exchange/return to: Shipwreck Coffee Company, 1032 School Street, Veazie, ME 04401. Once Shipwreck Coffee is in receipt of the returned merchandise we will issue payment credit or ship out replacement product. Shipwreck Coffee is not responsible for additional shipping costs.

For website orders: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
For telephone orders and faxed orders: We accept payment by check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

We accept personal checks drawn on United States bank accounts only. Make checks payable to Shipwreck Coffee. Your order will be shipped after the check clears.

State Sales Tax

Regular coffee sales are non-taxable. A 5% Maine state sales tax is applied to all gift basket orders delivered in Maine.

Order Processing

We strive to provide our customers with the finest tasting and freshest coffee available. As such, coffees are primarily roasted to order. Orders are usually roasted and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Additional days may be required due to product availability or U.S. Postal Service holidays.

Shipping Methods and Destinations

Orders placed through our website are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail to all 50 of the United States. Priority Mail is generally delivered within three business days of shipment date.
